Chia seed pudding represents an extremely easy way to sneak healthy fats into your diet. Chia seeds are filled with omega-3 fatty acids; the good fats that promote heart and joint health and aid memory.
With chia, there’s no cooking involved. And chia seeds absorb up to 10x their weight in liquid. Just soak them in your milk of choice and these teeny seeds transform themselves into a pudding with a consistency similar to tapioca.
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds (whole, not ground)
- 120ml unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- ½ sachet of Pearly’s Amazonite (or your Pearly smoothie of choice)
Prep time: 5 minutes + resting time (min. 2 hours)

Make your Pearly smoothie as usual, just using half sachet. Pour it in a small bowl and combine it with your chia seeds. Mix well. Set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but it’s best to leave it chilled overnight. When you’re ready to eat, give a quick stir. Enjoy as-it-is, or add some toppings like almonds, nuts or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
