This yummy energy-packed porridge will give you a warm, full feeling and it’s packed with nutrients to make you feel full until lunchtime. You can enjoy it warm or cold and serve it with your favourite toppings. We recommend some fresh berries, chopped nuts and roasted oats.
Ingredients (1 servings):
- 75 g rolled oats
- 200 ml milk of choice (preferred choice oat/almond milk without added sugars)
- Chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds
- 1/2 sachet of Pearly’s Moussaieff (or your Pearly smoothie of choice)
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries or cherries (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Prep time: 5 minutes + cooking time (circa 5 minutes)

Make your Pearly smoothie as usual using milk as a base. In a pot, transfer the smoothie and add the oats. Mix and turn on the heat at its lowest. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey. Cook for 4 minutes or until it becomes thicker and creamy. Transfer the porridge in a bowl and sprinkle it with your favourite topping.
